Incoterms 2020 Compliance
All shipments are conducted in accordance with Incoterms 2020. Standard terms include FOB, CIF, and CFR. Custom arrangements available upon request.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms: 30% advance, 70% before shipment. Letter of Credit accepted. Bank transfer details provided upon order confirmation.
Minimum Order Quantities
Standard minimum order: 1 container (20ft or 40ft). Sample orders available for new customers (minimum 100kg).
Shipping & Delivery
Standard lead time: 15-20 days from order confirmation. Container loading supervised by quality team. Shipment tracking provided.
Quality Guarantee
All products tested to meet specifications. Certificate of Analysis provided with each shipment. Free replacement for specification non-compliance.
Return Policy
Returns accepted for specification non-compliance within 30 days of delivery. Buyer responsible for return shipping unless product defect verified.
Force Majeure
Neither party liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Dispute Resolution
Good faith negotiation required. Unresolved disputes subject to arbitration in accordance with ICC rules in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Governing Law
These terms governed by laws of Sri Lanka. All legal proceedings subject to jurisdiction of courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
